Mersham Game Sales
At Mersham we make it our mission to pick up every last bird that has been shot and ensure that it is prepared and eaten. We prepare all of our game plus game from many other shoots in the area and sell it to restaurants, pubs and wholesalers.
We also supply venison from the Mersham Hatch and surrounding estates, our butchers can provide you with a bespoke service with venison and indeed other tyrpes of game meat being cut and prepared to order. Be it a boned and rolled pheasant, a royal 3 or 4 bird roast or a French trimmed rack of venison it can all be prepared to a highly professional standard by our award winning butcher.
